The Avalon maintenance crew are amazing. My heater was not working and I requested service and Peter and Michael came on the same day and fixed the heater on site right away they even had the replacement parts Got it working great. Thanks Peter and Michael and Jose You guys are great people and take care of the complex so well The Avalon apartments are a great place to live because of you. Thanks

We’ve lived here for a few years now and it has been a very positive experience. The entire complex is well maintained, pleasant and safe. So far our neighbors have been considerate and quiet. Apartment maintenance is also excellent. I’ve had a couple of jobs done recently by Jose Sanchez of the maintenance team; in addition to being very helpful, he is always prompt and very professional.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eva, the property manager, and Jose, one of the maintenance technicians. First, let me start by saying the hospitality at this property was top-notch. Eva set the tone when I first step foot on the property with a warm, heartfelt greeting The reason why the stands out so much is because the office was closed at the moment, but she still went out of her way to greet me. I wanted to see an apartment and did not have an appointment, however, even notice Jose close by and recruited him to show me a a unit Jose was very nice knowledgeable and professional. He told me all about the unit and thank me for stopping by. Now I see why people choose this property to call home because of the fantastic staff and the property is beautiful.

We moved in a month ago and have had an overall positive experience here. Lesley and Rachel in the leasing office made sure our move-in process was smooth. The community is very well maintained. On our move-in day, we met Sandra (from the maintenance team) who introduced herself, is always friendly, and loves greeting our dog. You can tell she cares about what she does. The maintenance team is quick to resolve issues in our apartment and I appreciate them calling to check in prior to entering. If you are concerned about thin walls, you do not have to worry about that here. We have not heard any noise from our neighbors from the other side of our walls. If there is a unit above you, you will naturally hear some footsteps but it is generally not bad.

Corporate and management are the worst. The apartments are nice, but save yourself the trouble, don’t be fooled by the looks as someone else said before, they say they’re “luxury” apartments. The “technology package” is a scam. We had no internet for 2 months, and we still had to pay $75 with no discounts. Our garage was blocked multiple times a week. We wouldn’t be able to leave the apartment, or park in our garage. Towing takes a minimum of 4 hours (if they even show up). They never did anything about it. So if you live in a corner this will be a major issue. I wasn’t able to leave during an emergency and that was my breaking point to break this lease. They still charged us full price for breaking it, when they basically forced out. Save yourself the trouble honestly.

Jose Sanchez is the best maintenance tech at Avalon. He is super communicative, respectful, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Always goes above and beyond and very prompt and reliable. Doublechecks all the notes and always cleans up leaving things better than they were before. Favorite staff member at Avalon!

My wife and I have been quite happy living here. I'm writing this review to acknowledge the maintenance crew, especially @JoseSanch12. He has been friendly, helpful, and has gone above and beyond since we moved in 2 years ago. As a whole, the maintenance team is great!

Jose Sanchez is an excellent worker, very kind and professional. He helped fix my washer today at the end of his shift. We appreciate the maintenance crew here at Avalon, especially Jose Sanchez!
